The adoption Process - as easy as

Tank

Tank had been adopted by Beth Beal, and everyone who knows her, knows how wonderful she is and how great she has been as a teacher and friend.  Tank has only come back to the rescue as she is moving and can not take her.

We have had Tank for almost 2 years. He was used as a lesson horse for intermediate level riders. A 50 something lady who was rather heavy leased him for nearly a year, and she rode him in trail events, and also went to a couple of shows with him.

Tank has a head tossing problem, which shows up when he gets nervous or his reins get too tight. It has improved greatly since we worked with him in being calm and he has learned to trust...We NEVER use a harsh bit on him. He rides English or Western - has a great walk and his canter is super smooth - He could do 4-H or trails, possibly a good husband horse but he doesn't seem to be too fond of men in general. He adores other horses, seems to get along with all types- non-aggressive in a herd: he CAN be ridden alone but prefers company.

Tanks is great for the farrier and the vet, stands tied/cross tied/  loads fine, bathes. He's fine with dewormer.

We love Tank and  whoever adopts knows they can contact me for information any time.
