The adoption Process - as easy as

Popeye

Popeye is currently out on foster! He is doing great and learning a LOT! He is having fun riding under saddle. He is a poky little guy and doesn't really want to get up and go. Hope you all enjoy new pictures of him! More updates will be coming soon!

Popeye is a Tank! He came to us as a stallion, however he has been gelded. He is very sweet and loved people and attention. He gets along great with mares, but he can be somewhat dominant around other geldings. He has been started under saddle and has been ridden with a saddle and bareback. He needs an experienced handler, as he is VERY strong and he is still learning how to be a saddle horse. Popeye would make an excellent pleasure/trail horse after further training.

Do you have time and resources to help Popeye reach his potential?

Popeye is named as he is so muscular - that and he is quite the character.  He has been a very easy horse to work around and handle - even as a stallion.   Popeye is said to have double Bar breeding, but since we have no papers on him we do not know.  He is now gelded and ready to find his new home.  Come on out to see Popeye and bring him some "green" - but maybe not spinach!
